I am on 6 month misdemeanor probation in Manatee County Florida. I have served 3 months and passed my drug evaluation so I don't have any treatment. I just need to pay my $500 cost of supervision fee which I can do tomorrow, and all of my conditions are met. I am self employed, and I will be accepting a second job which requires me to move to NYC next week. I have a residence and job in NYC already set up. What is the most likely outcome for me? Transfer, mail in, or Early Termination? And how do I go about obtaining permission?
