Whydoes my water system squeal when I use the outdoor hoses and how can I fix this?

You may be hearing the noise from the vacuum breakers on the hose bibs. They look like a fatter hose end and are screwed onto the hose bibs. MIne squeal all the time but the noise goes away when the water is turned off. Same for you?
