Two people are saying that I am spreading gossip about them, but I did not. How do I defend myself?p

You tell both of them that you didn't say anything and then you drop the subject. The more you protest the more guilty you look.

Spread rumours that some one elsed gossiped about them(Preferbly someone you do not like). They will receive the blame. Just make sure its kept a (secret) between you and the seed.
