Dah pains woke me up this morning they feel like menstrual cramps but their kind of strong is that normal? Am 33 weeks pregnant and I aalso have been having nausea this past days.

It can be very normal, especially if you are dehydrated. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water then call your doctor/midwife. You may need to get checked out.
