My truck isn't getting boost till 2600 rpm then full boost. Put a new turbo on it wasn't the problem , now it just dumps fuel in and smokes so much it fills the cab with black smoke what is the problem

You don't mention the year. However 6.0 is known for some injector issues. Mine was doing that, I went to my dealership. I'll almost bet your injector calibrations need the new updates.
