I Have a 4 runner toyo 1991. The preblem that I having is when it got hot or after driving in for about 25 milles and I parked in my home or other place It didn't start again it. I have to spray it with starting fluid

Yes, it sounds like a bad fuel pump. But the only real way to tell if there's a fuel pressure gauge hooked up to verify the sustained fuel pressure upon start up.
Have you verified the cold start injector is not leaking down and causing an over rich condition after hot soak?
All you have to do is remove it leaving the fuel line hooked up and place a rag under it. If the rag is soaked after hot soaking, there's your problem.
