I'm 36 weeks pregnant I'm having really bad lower back pain and my stomach is really hard and I'm having sharp pains in my lower part of my stomach and there is a bit of discharge I was dilated 2c on Tuesday could I be in labor

Sound like you could be, time your pains (contractions)if they get to be 5 minutes apart go to hospital. Congrats on the baby:)
