I was washing the dishes and when I went to press to spray nozzle, no water came out. Then when I went to use the faucet, no water came out as well. I think this may have to do with the diverter in the spray nozzle? What are your thoughts? And how do you remove the spray nozzle?

First I would check the aerator screens for trash. If they were Ok Iwould shut the water off and open up the faucet. Check the inlet ports of the cartridge for blockage. Now ploace a pan over the open faucet and turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. You should have a full stream, if not then click on back. Regards, Tom
