I am on probation for DUI. My probation was transferred to a different county when I got a new job. My probation is now being sent back to original county because of a violation. The new county told me I will most likely have to serve the rest of my sentence in prison.
If I move to a different state will they look for me? Can I get a new ID in a diff state? If I don't go to my court hearing will they serve a bench warrant for me? I don't think I'm of high priority to these folks. Any helpful answers will be appreciated.
