Can one partner while having unprotected sex get chlymidia and not the other? I went to the er and found out i have chylmidia and my boyfriend went to a free clinic and they said he don't have it. How is this possible?

Now, he may not have the symptoms or the actual STD yet, but it is quite possible he will get it in the future. He should be treated prophylactically though.
