    Can my workplace tell me I can't go outside to smoke?
    I live and work in Wisconsin. My place of employment doesn't allow me to go outside for a cigerette. Is this legal. Also, we are not allowed to smoke in our cars.

    Yes and yes - if your car is in their property.

    Absolutely! Where I work it is a non-smoking campus. To be able to have a cigarette, one has to clock out and leave the premises.
