    Water noises travelling through pipes
How would I get rid of the running water noises travelling through the pipes on a forced hot water system? Can't find the bleeder for second story heating system. I don't believe it is the expansion tank.

You will have to bleed all the air out of the system. Usually at the boiler there is a purge and balance valve, close the little butterfly valve under the spigot, hook up a hose and open the drain valve.
