Your message is hard to read but my understanding is that you are divorced, your ex receives government benefits and there is a warrant for back child support? Contact your state's child support disbursement unit and ask them to go for a garnishment of his disability payments. They can take the money out before he's paid and send it to you directly for current and past due support.

What do you want to accomplish with abandonment? He's not involved, you divorce is final and you say that he agreed to you having sole custody, so really all that's left is to get the back and current child support. Garnishing his benefits will start that happening.

"Living with", as in out-of-wedlock? You would have to marry him first. A step-parent adoption is only possible if the so-called step-parent is married to the custodial biological parent (you).

No. The fact that he will be now paying CS doesn't affect his rights to custody or visitation.
