Fridge bulb keeps blowing after a week Why please?

I have a question... are you replacing them with regular type bulbs or appliance specific bulbs? And a second question... before they blow (I assume it's the filament not the glass breaking) do you notice if the light flickers if you tap the fridge near it? That can kill a bulb very quick if it is.
