What are the most efficient yet economical garage doors for a medium price?

Vinyl with foam core is lightweight (saving wear and tear on your opener) and offers some insulation.

Much cheaper and lighter than wood, and much sturdier and long lasting than just thin aluminum.

That's my opinion.

Efficient in what way, cost efficient, long lasting, etc... definitely stay away from wood or masonite, I'm with Rick on vinyl.
