    Child support laws in pa.
If my son who is on disability, were to divorce his wife (who is also in disability), because of the mental anguish and verbal abuse that he has been putting up with from her and her interferring mother, how much would he be responsible for in child support for his 2 children. His 2 children are also on disability. She would not "allow" him to get a part time job because she "might" take a seizure, which I've never seen her take in the 10 yrs.that I've known her. He lives in Pa.

Child support will be based on income. The reasons for divorce will have no bearing.

Yes, it will be a percent of his income.

    What are his disabilities ?
