Mw and my ex girlfriend have 2 children together, we have been apart for 2 years, 6 months ago they were taken of her and put in 2 temporary foster care with my parents, she has since been told she won't be getting them back, how do I go about getting the children to live with me, I don't want to see my children going in 2 care??

First, are you listed as the children's biological father? Is your name on their birth certificate? Did you sign a paternity acknowledgment or take a court-ordered DNA test?

Unless you are recognized as the father, you have no legal rights at this point. You'll have to file in court to establish paternity before being able to do anything else.
