This question should have been under math homework, not business, careers, or accounting.

Third, you copied sentences 2 and 3 wrong, showing Hindi + English groupings twice for different numbers of people.
Lastly, it isn't clear if the students taking more than 1 language are a subset of those taking them singly. Especially since they don't add up to 100 either way you look at it.
