I woke up yesterday with back pain. I started to walk around and if I do a certain movement, my back spasms or something and I yelp in pain. I took it easy yesterday, hoping today I would feel better. No luck. Same thing. I'm also fatigued and took a 3 hour nap today! I'm starting to feel achy all over now like I have a fever starting but I don't think I have a fever. I cannot take NSAIDS - allergic. Tried hot bath and Tylenol - little relief.
