    Sex drive
I have a boyfriend who is 27 yrs old. But he lost his sex drive due to being on computer for hours, watching TV, sleeps too much. He has lost his sex drive. So how can he regain his sex drive?

He should stop watching TV so much, limit his time on the computer, and see a doctor about his sleeping issues.

Either that, or he's making excuses because something more serious is going on.

I agree with Alty. Chances are there might be some underlying issue, whether he is aware of it or not. Lethargy is a symptom of several different issues.

He should see a doctor if he feels tired often and doesn't feel like being active. All the things you mentioned that he does a lot are probably not causes of the limited sex drive, but are probably symptoms along with the limited sex drive.

It could be something as simple as needing to change his diet, or it could be a more serious health problem like a thyroid problem. But like Alty mentioned, and I'm reiterating... he should see a doctor.

He's 27 and you ? Need the age before answers.

How did you find this out about too much computer and TV being the cause?

Oops. My bad. I read the OP's post wrong, thought she was 27.

Yes, we do need your age on this forum, due to posting restrictions.
