I will assume he was inside you, so yes, even if he did not complete inside of you, there is plenty of early fluids with sperm.

The fact is, no form of birth control is 100%, and like Chuck said, there's plenty of sperm in pre to get you pregnant. So the answer is, yes, you could be pregnant. Any time you have sex pregnancy is a possibility, even if you use 3 different forms of birth control it's still possible. Without any birth control you're just upping the odds.
