Have just downloaded ms office suite - AOL will not open.pps and .wmv - help

Where did you download from? Why would AOL open PPS and WMV files?

What operating system are you using? When you say that AOL will not open these files, do you mean that you cannot open links to the files?

Some websites you have to right click the link and choose to save it. Take note to be careful, as viruses can be contained in office documents.
