Sometimes dreams are triggered by bodily sensations. For example if a pillow falls over our head we might dream someone is trying to suffocate us. If the temperature suddenly drops in the night we might dream we are somewhere cold. If we become aroused during sleep we might dream about sex or masturbation. I have had similar dreams, though I'm female.

Seriously, don't worry.

Its normal and common. Even women have wet dreams and wake up to find themselves stimulating themselves or in the middle of an orgasm

I was married for 30 years and frequently had such dreams. Nothing unusual about it. Dreams follow their own path, so I just go with it.
