I have a mark on the top of my thigh that looks like a birthmark on the top of my thigh, but when I am taking a shower the mark turns purple color (like a bruise). It does not hurt or itch and it is flat. I was just wondering if it is just a birthmark and it is normal that birthmarks do that or if I should go ask a doctor about it.
