    Being on probation for drugs and I just got a burglry and theft charge

    Hello v:

    If you violated for say, missing a meeting, or something like that, he COULD be lenient... But, he's not going to be lenient for a burglary charge.

    And you still have the punishment for the new charges to deal with and agree with excon, if you missed a meeting even had a dirty UA they sometimes give you a break, don't expect it with additional major charges
