Hello, My wife applied for her Portuguese citizenship. She was told she was going to receive her Cedula or Identity card first,them her Portuguese Passport. After that she would have to register our 18 year old marriage. So that my daughter would get her citizenship and passport. What about me can I get a Portuguese Passport too? Do I have to live in Portugal in order to qualify? Please, can someone clarify this for me? Thank you:
