They can not garnish ssi but once deposited fees can be debtef to your account
What you are describing isn't a garnishment. You can't carry a positive balance in a bank account if you owe the bank money. They simply recovered their fees from your account, which is perfectly legal if you incurred them.
I agree and that was my point. Once money is deposited they can debt fees, it does not matter where the $$ came from
