In the state of California, What papers would I need to file with the court to obtain Physical custody of my 3 year old child? Both her father, and I, agree that I have Physical custody and we both have joint Legal custody. Im not too concerned with filing for child support at this very moment, I would like to establish custody first, then child support to follow. *Can someone please help me??
