How can I get a transcript from Branell Institute for a student who was incarcerated. He received a certificate for Data Entry while in Mason Tenn. Please Help me!

The relative State Department of Education should have the transcripts. I found that they didn't have all of them but would verify that you attended. If you have the catalog that shows your course work along with the verification from the State, most colleges will accept it. If anyone has a catalog, please let me know that has been my challenge.
