Ok so I was wondering if Im 18w4d pregnant and my LAST normal period was jan 16 2011 and my due date is till October 23rd 2011 durning what Month or day was it that I got Pregnant ?

It's NOT possible to work out the actual date of conception as the whole gestation cycle works on "Best Guess".

Most likely sometime during Jan.

As Curlyben said, you most likely conceived towards the end of January... possibly early February with a late ovulation.

Your doctor determines your due date from the date of your last period. Generally you will conceive about a week or two after that time, but unless you had certain medical assistance to become pregnant, you would not know the exact date.

If paternity is a concern, you would need DNA testing to know for sure if the occurrences were within a few weeks of each other.

Due dates, and est dates of conception are just that educated guesses, and can easily be off a couple weeks, So we can most likely give you a date give or take two or three weeks.

If it is a issue between two or more possible fathers, you will have to wait till child is born and do a DNA test
