    My rottweiler is large for a *****, its dad was 14stone, never saw her mum, haven't asked the vet. William

    There isn't any actual idea weight. Every dog is different. As long as they are healthy and eating a good quality chow, there's nothing to worry about. Here is a link to a typical dog weight chart you would find at the vet.
