Movie helper! About a girl solving a mystery.
OK, so this movie I think was about 2004-2006 time range, maybe not, but its about a girl and her parents or maybe just the mom and her brother and there dog, and they move into a big big house in this small town, and the main character who is I think a 10 year old girl know something is up in this house like a ghost or something and she goes to the library and finds out that people died there and she ends up solving the mystery, it end up having to do something with the mayor and his wife, one of them was related to the dead people, and the dead people thank the girl for solving there myster, and also there was a 2nd movie after it and it had to do with this guy who collects shiny things because on july4 the moon would this spot in the woods just right and all the shiny things would light up and he could see his dead daughter for like a minute to see if she is happy and OK in heaven or something, please please I know this movie is real, and I thought it was a nickelodean but I don't think so, please please help!
