Can I register a church while I am in Canada on a visitor visa? You help is appreciated.

What do you mean by "register a church"? Become a member?

I was asking if could have a non-profit corporation (ministry) established in Canada while I am on a visitor visa. If yes how do I go about it and the requirements.
