    Can a parent ask for back child support if the child is already 30 years old?
    My daughter is already 30 years old. Last year she met her biological father. Can I ask for back child support for my daughter? What are my rights against the father?

    No. Chances are that the statute of limitations (depends on whatever state you are in) would bar recovery.
