Hi Miriam, congratulation on your twins.It could be babies are in an awkward position, maybe lying on a nerve, I'm not sure, the best thing to do is go see your Doctor as soon as possible, he can examine you and tell you what the problem may be.

You don't say if you are early on in your pregnancy or nearly full term,or how long you have felt this pressure so my advice would be go straight away to see your Doctor, should the pain get any worse and you are unable to see a Doctor, go to your local hospital A&E straight away.
