I get a debilitating headache the day before my menstrual cycle.
Every month on the day before my period starts I get a headache that is so strong and painful I can't function and nothing I do or take helps. Any suggestions on how to ease it? Does anyone else experience this? Is it normal?

    COOKIE MONSTER

    Hi
Could you explain how your headache feels when you get it,is there any warning, sore neck, eyes, sickness, temperature, dehydrated
The headache could actually be a premenstrual migraine.I suffer with migraines and the last few months mine have moved to the day before my period starts.I have triptans and preventatives and kapake for mine and they don't shift it either.if you can't function when you have them I would speak to your doctor about them.alot of women suffer with them and there are some natural remidies to reduce migraines aswel.have alookin in some health shops or visit your doctor
I hope you get them sorted out :)
