I was five days late to start my period but I did start eventually or so I think. Its weird though, lighter than normal but still not like spotting but now only 2 days since it started it is getting ligher and I also do not have the intense symptoms of my period like usual. Before that I had a variety of pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, some awful taste, heartburn, gas, and constipation. I took a pregnancy test just a couple days after I was supposed to start but it was negative but Im wondering if it was too early to test and this could be bleeding from pregnancy.

I feel you, I don't know the answer to that but I had the same issue normally my cycle come on time but this time it was 5 days late round the third day I took a test it was negative finally it did come and it wasn't a heavy floe but a partial medium flow it lasted it's normal length, but since it's been off I've been feeling butterfliery in my stomach constantly somewhat constipated headaches here and there lower back hurting from time to time. That's what I was wondering could I still be for the simple fact of my late period and slight flow and me feeling funny but whenever you get the answer let me know please. Thank you

Sometimes period can be off. It may be attributed to a number of possible reasons or no particular reason at all. Since you had a negative result, wait and see what happens when your next period would be due. If it doesn't show, try another test.
