I had my first baby about 9 months ago. I have yet to have my period, but I have been on the depo shot, and my endrocronolist said I need to stop that med because of my PCOS. So my GYN put me on loestrin, and that gave me eye pain. So she made me stop those meds. So we are not on any birth control. About a week ago, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there were spots of blood. I don't know if it came from peeing or vagina, I'm worried. Could I be pregnant again? Also my feet are extremely swollen where flip flops don't fit. That happened about the same day.
