Theft Under 5000 and Under 18
    Hello,

In the Form 9, under "You are alleged to have committed (set out substance of offence):" What does "THEFT UNDER (X5)" mean?

    Thank You For Any Help.

    Where? X stands for "times."

For example, theft under $, 5 times OR theft under $5,000 2x (2 times). It's two charges. Or five, in your case.

To add on to his questions: Does that mean 5 counts of theft under 5000? And How series it is to get that at the same time?
