I was sentenced under the First Offender Act. Spent 1 yr in jail and have completed 11 of my 15 years probation. I completed all classes and paid all fines a long time ago and have had NO probation violations. I would like to request early termination of my probation after 11 years! I have been told that the judge that sentenced me is not known to reverse probation sentences but feel it is worth a try. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any suggestions for an attorney in the North Georgia area?
