I have a lump that is filled with puss on my vaginal area, what is it and what can I do to make it go away?

Put a very warm, moist washcloth over the lump maybe three times a day for fifteen minutes at a time. Within a week or less, it will probably break open and drain. If it doesn't or if another appears, have your doctor check it.

puss = cat
pus = goop from infection

I actually think you need to see a doctor. This could be a symptom of an STD,and if you have been sexually active, you need be screened.
