Installed new Honeywell thermostat and the display reads, but when we try and tun on the air or the fan, nothing comes on. Checked all the 5 wires (red, yellow, white, blue and green) and they seem to be screwed in tight. Checked the circuit breaker and it is OK, also. Is there anything on the outside unit that needs to be reset? Any ideas would be appreicated
