I received a us postal money order from unknown person same city& state if I cash it what is my obligation or responsibility if bogus

You will have to repay the person who cashes it for you. If they claim you were part of a scheme and have sufficient evidence you can be criminally charged.

Why do you think a person you don't know is sending you money?
