I watched a movie when I was a little, and it was about a young girl who was quiet and there was a witch and she would touch these stone counter top looking things and it would change colors to make a potion? The young girl was given these slipper/shoes that could make her walk up the stone wall? I know this isn't much information but this is killing me lol.
