Hi,
If I move out of my home which my husband and I live in, what portion of the mortgage/taxes/insurance do I have to pay until the house is sold? There are four people on the mortgage and title, us and his parents.
Please clear this up for me!

Unless his parents live there, it's not THEIR responsibility. I'm assuming they're on the title because you needed their help in order to get a mortgage.

I don't know what the details of your original agreement was, but it would help to know what they were.

Depends on how the mortgage and deed are worded. Its possible that each signer is fully responsible for the costs, if the others don't pay.
