Rules for multi-million $ transfers to the U.S.

Happens every day, normally though wire transfers though major banks, Many banks have branches in both countries.

Some of the issues will be the conversion rate of the money from one denomination to the other. It will be reported of course to IRS ( does not mean it is taxable but all large money transfers are tracked)
