Toro Lawnmower Leaking oil - self propelled model 20089
Hi, old gas was left in my mower from last season and someone used it
Without emptying it out.It ran fine but then started to shut off in
Intervals while mowing would have to let it sit for about to 15
To 20 minutes on end.I assume it was burning off the bad gas but now
There is a oil leak as I assume because when I start it I see a small
Trinklet or splash of oil from underneath the metal housing that the
Shield muffler attaches too.I see this splash every time I crank it.
It cranks on first turn of the key every time,it sounds fine but then
After I say a minute I see a whiff of light smoke looks to be
Light blue then I shut it off.I hear no noticeable noise from the mower
Except it seem like a light hiccup or something? The air filter
Also was very dirty so I changed it.Did the old gas bring this
On? What is this housing called that the oil seem to be coming from and is the motor damage or a seal or gasket is worn and will repair be expensive? Hope it is
Something I can remedy anyone have an idea? Thanks
