Venting a downstairs saniflow bathroom through the roof
Hi, to run a vent up through the main floor and then up into the attic and through the roof I need to go 4 feet up 2 feet sideways then straight u to the attic then over 6 feet then up through the roof. Are all these twists and turns OK?

    Thanks for your help

Yes, for a vent. However, any horizontal sections must be sloped to drain back down, never make them perfectly horizontal, slope should be 1/4" per foot depending on the size pipe you use

    Hi Cbalik...

Can you give us a little more info. Here? Are you running the saniflo vent through the roof, or the 1/2 bath fixture vent(s) through the roof? Let me know, OK?

You should be able to combine your saniflo vent and the 1/2 bathroom fixture vent(s) and connect that into an existing vent already in the home, right?

    Back to you...
