I cannot understand what this person is asking as her question pertains to her relationship with her cousin. She appears to be saying that, in Islam, she can marry her aunt's son (her cousin) but not her uncle's son (also her cousin).

I don't understand the difference. Can someone explain this to me?

She is also in an arranged marriage; however, she can make the decision to divorce. I don't understand why she has no "input" into the marriage arrangements/choices but the decision to end the marriage is 100% hers - ?
