I have applied for a Portuguese Citizenship while my wife and child (3 years of age) and I are in the UK on a HSMP Tier 1 visa, which is about to expire in Dec 11.

My wife is the main applicant. So by Oct, we will have to renew it.

I expect to get my Portuguese passport before the renewal date.

I want to know:
[LIST][*]Can I can apply for my wife’s dependent visa when she is here in the UK (does she needs to go back to her home country? ) [*]Can my daughter get a Portuguese passport on the basis that her father has one?

I am a Goan.My birth and marriage has been registered in Portugal and now in few months I will get my Portuguese Passport. My three minor kids birth has also been registered in Portugal. I wanted to know whether my wife and the kids can go to UK along with me.
